CNN now says the man and his wife were in an argument at the rear of the plane. He got up and started surging forward, carryon bag fighting his way forward. Claiming he has a bomb. Air marshalls confront him, he won't stop. They get him to the ground and shot him.

Based on what Pete Williams is describing on MSNBC, it sounds like suicide-by-cop.

Maybe he wanted them to wait and "deal with this poor man," check him out and let a guy possibly blow up the plane at the gate. When lives are in danger .. you do what you have to to prevent it
Oh wait .. Libs don't like prevention

MSNBC reporting the guy was in the back of the plane, got into an argument, grabbed his carryon bag, started running through the plane, saying "I have a bomb in this bag," and that's when the Air Marshalls got involved.
Got in an argument with his wife, per Pete Williams; they were waiting for the plane to be fully boarded.

Yes, it does.
And why didn't the wife notify ANYBODY that he was off his meds before they boarded the flight?

Flight 924 was in Miami on a stopover during a flight from Medellin, Colombia, to Orlando, Florida, when the man said there was a bomb in his carry-on luggage, a Department of Homeland Security official said. This was a flight from Colombia?!?
That just give the air Marshal even more reason to shoot first and ask questions later. I'm sure Colombia's baggage checkers are even worse than our TSA.

What is very sad is half the DUmbasses' first reaction is how the air marshall made a mistake and the person he shot was a 'victim': http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=102&topic_id=1971900&mesg_id=1971900>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Theyll be whining for weeks about how he was a poor mentally ill Victim........
To: mnehrling
Yep, the DUmbasses are already asking why he wasn't shot in the legs, arms, etc and crying that he was an innocent victim with mental illness- almost making the air marshall the criminal. There are a couple over there that are reasonable, but most are complete dolts. Of course those same DUmmies probably cheered Janet Reno's handling of Waco.

Man and wife were in an argument? Man hadn't taken his meds? Wife didn't say anything to anyone until it was too late? Maybe the cops should check to see if the wife has a fat insurance policy out on the late hubby. Or if she's already retained a shyster trial attorney.

Actually there are many, I live on the border and many hispanics want open borders. They see nothing wrong with illegal immigration and think you are racist if you do not agree. Most of them are probably illegal, but have lived here for years.
I need to point out there are also a lot of hispanics who want illegal immigration stopped.

Gardner also said other passengers said they heard the lady say that her husband was bipolar and had not taken his medication. And had not taken his medication. Perhaps she should be brought up on charges as an accessory.
