Hope this is not a duplicate. No more details yet Passengers getting off
I am just glad the marshall was able to put the suspect where he belonged.
You'd think. The fact is, myfather managed to get a Texas court to order an involuntary psych exam, which predictably resulted in a diagnosis of schizophrenia, though it was almost certainly illegal for the doctor to tell my father that -- she has a right to "confidentiality" ya know. So my father tries to get the court to supply documentation so he can get her on Social Security disability, and then try to get into a residential care setting. Nope. Illegal for a Texas government agency to share that info with the federal government -- she has a right to "confidentiality" ya know. And until she shows up at an airport security checkpoint screaming "I have a bomb", there is no federal law enforcement authorized to (or interested in) dragging her in for a forced psych exam to get a diagnosis that a federal government agency would be allowed to see. Unreal, isn't it? Makes me wonder sometimes who's crazier, my half sister, or the people who run the legal system in this country?
the costa rican guy is/was good looking - Gibson just be his pix up
As in my case, my carry on holds my life sustaining medications.
The two categories aren't mutually exclusive.
People who seem "nutty" to others also be dangerous bombers.
In 1994, a wife thought her husband was crazy and he did firebomb 2 subway train in New York.
An unemployed computer programmer who firebombed two subway trains faces up to 105 years in prison after a jury rejected his claims that prescription drugs drove him to commit the crimes.http://www1.cs.columbia.edu/~noemie/ordering/eval/nyc.htmlEdward Leary, 50, of Scotch Plains, N.J., was convicted Thursday on 18 of 33 counts of attempted murder, assault and other charges.
Prosecutors said Leary wanted to extort money from the Transit Authority, but he was acquitted of two counts of attempted grand larceny.
The jury, which deliberated about six hours, rejected Leary's claim that a mixture of prescription drugs, including the antidepressant Prozac, impaired his ability to know right from wrong.
``I think my husband was nuts,'' said Leary's wife, Marguerite Shaller, weeping after the verdict.
Didn't see that. But it's not my decision what SHOULD be classified. I was just wondering if the info you posted IS classified. If it isn't, then it's no doubt readily available already to any interested party.
oops Gibson just PUT his picture up
I agree!!
Who the hell cares what was in those bags. When in doubt, blow 'em up!!
Yeah well Atta was another kind of nutjob. He was able to play many roles cause he was a Sociopath Sociopath: Grandiose Sense of Self Glibness/Superficial Charm Manipulative and Conning Pathological Lying Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt Incapacity for Love Callousness/Lack of Empathy Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
They may not be mutually exclusive but to the MSM it's headlines that sell.
I have no quarrel w/their blowing up those bags. I was concerned about the number of suspicious bags on that one plan and the possibility of there being something harmful in them....evidently the sniffing dogs (for drugs or bombs?)found them to be suspicious.
Do you remember this?
*nice*.... just exactly what I would use. :D The husband has been asking for one for a year now... I think this is justification enough. :D
Where was that established?
You're life sustaining meds can easily be replaced with a phone call to your local doctor or pharmacist.
If a bomb goes off, the lost lives can NOT be replaced.
Think about it...........
The "didn't have a bomb" not the "nutcase" thing.
