And what do we do with them after we arrest them?

We don't have the capacity now to hold them. HOw is making illegal immigration going to change that?

Well as someone said. We fingerprint and deport them. Of course they will never be able to achieve legal status as they have been convicted of a felony.

Making illegal immigration a felony - with real consequences will reduce the incentive to enter the country illegally. Capacity problem solved.

It's called tent city and deported immediately so as not to have any illegal staying over for any type of trial or any appeals.
