I have a special interest in this case, because I ghost-wrote a brief that was filed in the case. (Since I resigned from the Bar of the Supreme Court in disgust a year ago, I had to write my brief and turn it over to another lawyer for final tweaking and filing.) My brief urged the Court to reject summarily the arguments of Yale Law School and others, and tell them to either allow the recruiters on campus, or forgo the federal dollars.
Or, in simple terms, these arrogant b*stards have no right to take the federal dollars and then thumb their noses at the Congress which provided the money.

Or, in simple terms, these arrogant b*stards have no right to take the federal dollars and then thumb their noses at the Congress which provided the money. And of course we all know that they had no intentions of winning this, they just wanted to make a good showing for the radical faculty and alumni. They will certainly sell their "principles" for a seat at the federal trough.
