I would have to respectfully disagree with your suggestion that recruiters should only recruit at "patriotic" schools.
I. The position of a few administrators does not necesarraily reflect the views of the students. In fact, in many cases the students strongly disagree with the adminstration.
II. Your suggestion seems to be predicated on the assumption that the students at "unpatriotic" schools are of lesser caliber than those of "patriotic" schools. I would have to dispute that assumption based on several grounds.
A)Students--especially Law School-- chose schools based on their ranking. Because ranking for a large part determines what jobs are available to them. I doubt very much that students,before choosing a school,look at how "patriotic" a school is. Further, even if the students upon arriving realize how "unpatriotic" their school is, it is very difficult to switch schools(especially on that basis alone).
B)A student who decides accept a postion with the military is probably quite patriotic. If they had a problem with the military, then they wouldn't join. By not recruiting at these schools you miss a lot of students.
And right now, there are thousands of lawyers reading that quote and going, "Huh?"
I guess Kerry would have even forced commercial airlines hire totally blind people to be commercial airline pilots.
Also ? let them pay all the court cost if they lose.

Churches, to the best of my knowledge, do not accept federal funding for their operating expenses. Woe to the first church that does.
This case illustrates why--in order to be free--we must keep the federal government out of as many of our institutions as possible.

Absolutely. These law schools (which I find very difficult to believe are soooooo broke) can stand on principle and refuse the money if they feel strongly about the issue.
However, I predict that they will lose this case but will continue to receive federal funds. So much for principle.
There was a similar situation with my local school board a few years ago. Several members had been elected with the promise to end forced busing for racial equality. Some children had a daily 4-hour school bus commute to and from school.
The feds, of course, notified the school board that federal funds would be withheld if busing was stopped. The school board, bless their hearts, told the feds to keep the money. In fact, the cost savings from less fuel and wear & tear on the buses more than made up for the funds lost.
It will be interesting to see if these liberal law schools have as much backbone as my local school board. I think probably not.

Maybe, we are looking at the beginnings of an exposure of the loony left so that all people can know what they are about.

That should be changed. If you want to perpetuate a swamp, do everything in your power to keep from having it drained. on the other hand, if it is your desire to convert a potential resource into an true asset, do what you can to get rid of what is causing the resource to be unproductive.
With all due respect, I find it difficult to believe that a preponderance of the students at an "unpatriotic" school can be patriotic.

Sadly, through the levying of taxes, or the exemption there from, institutions can be controlled almost as easily as by providing or witholding direct funding. Either way, you are adding or removing monies based upon what is deemed acceptible behavior by those who control the money.
Ask a liberal and they will tell you that being tax exempt is the same as accepting federal funds. That is how they are going after churches. By attempting to nulify their tax exempt status should they refuse to accept homosexuality or any other lifestyle. Not to mention the fact that they believe giving tax exempt status to a church violates the supposed "separation of church and state" portion of the constitution.

We can win BIG on this one. We can take the money away from the elite institutions AND not recruit their students into our military. Remember those students are not up to the standards of our armed forces. Even those who squeeze through the cracks some other way cannot survive basic training. Imagine them having to bathe regularly, exercise
logical thinking and deal with real life.
