I read the article. I thought that fat bastard Murtha was involved with ABSCAM. Looks like he was saved by another fat bastard ( Tipp O'Neill). I think that Murtha is making waves about the War to hide the fact that he got caught again with misusing Government funds to make his relatives rich at the expense of the taxpayers. It goes to show you. Once a fat bastard, always a fat bastard.

Why are these people in public office? Why are they beyond the law? Homeland Security will forever be a joke unless real house cleaning occurs.

Agreed. However power is more important than anything to these fat bastards and that is all there is to it.

I would venture that 95 percent of Americans want our forces out of harm's way in Iraq. And a strong majority of Iraqis want American troops to leave as well.
The point is, how is that to be done? In a cut-and-run manner? Or when the job is done? More and more, it seems that the only victory the Dems care about is winning in the 2006 and 2008 elections, national security and the Iraqi people be damned.

So we can't make a citizen's arrest? And why not?

If citizens in this country just had bounty rights, Teddy Kennedy would be on my wall right now anong with that other fat bastard, Murtha.

I don't know what you mean by bounty rights.
I've no idea if you understood me because I'm not even sure the correct way to say it.
When I was in a car accident about 15 years ago. I had to go to the police station to issue a ticket to the driver who hit me because he ran a stop sign.
I had to do it; because no officer saw it.
Now, if a citizen can issue a traffic ticket, why can't we do something similar to the likes of Murtha, Kennedy, Kerry, add conga line of corruption....
Is something along these lines an option?

I was making a joke about Bounty Rights. To answer your question, there is no way you can make a citizen's arrest against the likes of Kennedy, Murtha, Kerry etc. If you had a traffic accident with one of them and tried to issue a ticket Kerry, they would unleash ruin on you and your family for it. Kennedy was responsible for the death of Mary Jo Kopeckne and the only punishment was that he could not run for President for 10 years. Let's hope you never get into a traffic accident again. If you do , I hope it is not with any one of these scumbags. If you do, just back off or you will be sorry.

I found info on citizen complaints and felony charges. It looks like it can be done.

I took an inside poll and found that 100% polled believed Democrats chose Murtha as their latest "bash the Iraq war" spokesperson because he had a military background.
