Florida is a great state with a great governor. Hillsborough (Tampa)and Pinellas (St. Petersburg) counties are pretty liberal, but for the most part we are a conservative state, voting twice for W. So, with that said, I have 4 words to say to you:

Someone needs to rework that Ithaca graphic into "Florida...State of Evil"
what is it about the demograhphics of FL that make it really liberal. Is it Miami/Dade, Palm Beach rich elitists, old folks relocating/retiring from liberal states? I don't get it. Parts of FL have always seemed "southern" to me and this seems inconsistant with liberal views.

Tampa and St Pete are notoriously left wing.The St Pete times is a lib rag.
