Woman Filmed Having Bath

Two council workers used CCTV cameras to spy on a young woman undressing for a bath in her flat, a court has heard.
Kevin Judge, 42, and David Welsh, 40, pointed and gestured as images of the 25 year old were projected onto a screen in a control centre in Bootle, Merseyside.
The pair were employed by Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council as CCTV operators when the incident took place last November.
Peter Davies, prosecuting, told the court: "These cameras were misused. Instead of focusing on streets and car parks they focused on a young lady inside her own flat."
Judge and Welsh were said to have filmed the woman completely naked as well as in her underwear.
They were themselves recorded watching the pictures within the control centre.
The court heard Welsh was seen pointing to the screen as Judge dimmed the lights to watch the woman.
Both deny charges of voyeurism. Two other men have admitted other offences in relation to the incident.
The trial continues.

The woman probably had her window shades/drapes open and the men used a camera that was outside, probably attached to a light pole. They're all over London.
