You are making stuff up now. There was no credible threat. They check IDs every day at the DFC on the busses. They are not looking for someone, nor are they checking the IDs against an access list or a watch list. They simply demand an ID, glance at it, then return it.
Do you believe there is a 4th Amendment and that it means something or is it too a "nullity"?
