Holy cow. Time marches on. All I know he stomped the girl to death with wrestling moves he got from TV. He tried to blame pro wrestlers for the murder as though he's too stupid to know when he's killing someone. He's a bad seed who needs to be recycled but it's hard enough to get heinous adult murderers executed.

And if it weren't for his greedy mother, he would have gotten a very light sentence in the first place. She, who was napping when she was supposed to be babysitting (and left him alone with the girl he ended up killing), had the brilliant idea to try to put pro wrestling on trial, hoping for a big payday. Not only was that idea rejected, but her son, who the prosecution offered a very small sentence to (I think two years in juvenile hall), ended up originally sentenced to jail for life.

That's pretty much the way it happened. Many goo goo liberals cut slack for this idiot child. I live down here where it all went on. Some people say mama was upstairs having sex, not napping.

I have no problem with retarded and/or demented murderers being executed. They should not get affirmative action for murder. For other crimes I would take their sorry condition into account, not for killing people for no damn reason
