Potentially lethal bacteria infects hundreds in Tucson"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "As if threats of pandemic superflu weren't enough, yet another new and potentially fatal "superbug" is spreading worldwide including in Tucson.
No mere threat, this bug has infected hundreds of Tucsonans already and hospitalized dozens, some with life-threatening illness.
Appearing at first as just a pimple, maybe a small cut, the infection often is mistaken by many victims and their doctors for a spider bite, delaying vital treatment.
Known as MRSA methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus or "mersa" it is in fact a highly contagious bacteria that has developed strong resistance to most antibiotics, making it hard to treat and setting the stage for dangerous invasive disease."
It was a pitchfork, so maybe talking to Veterinarians in the area would help. Maybe they've treated something i.e. wound infections in the livestock- that would give a clue? Just guessing.
Prayers being said for the little boy.
Prayers up...
Lord, touch Carol's precious little boy's leg, and remove the infection, in Jesus name. Amen.
Make sure to tell Carol to give God the glory for her boy's healing.
Prayers up, for comfort and healing, for the family and friends, for the doctors and nurses, and that his leg can be saved.
Wow. Mold infections can be severely toxic to bone and tissue.
My prayers to the living God for this child, his family, and the medical practitioners.
Dear Lord,
Please watch over Carol's little boy.
He has an infection.
Please guide the doctors, nurses
and caregivers.
Please comfort Lando Lincoln, Carol
and the rest of the family.
This is a lot to ask, but we humbly
ask this all in Your name Jesus.
Amen.
