A party so corrupt they sacrifice truth in exchange for their return to power.

Enough said.

The MSM is the enemy within ... they are a FAR more insidious and dangerous enemy that Al Quida ever thought of being ... and IMO they should be treated as such

I agree with everything in this article, but the real question in my mind is why the Bush administration has been so weak in the face of all this. Either they've refused to defend themselves, or have actively gone along with the Democrats, as in the Plame case. I can't think of any good reasons why this should be.

Truth is not their friend - on any issue, not just this war.

Good article, and that is definitely the money quote.

Not that I follow or put a lot of stock in polls, but if the media weren't so against President Bush, his numbers would definitely be higher. (I know, I'm Capt. Obvious here.)

The WH and President Bush could definitely do a better job on defense, though.

One reporter said, he was a reporter first and an American second. I like what Theodore Roosevelt said. "There can be no fifty-fifty Americanism in this country. There is room here for only 100 per cent Americanism, only for those who are Americans and nothing else."

I still wonder if it's the "Democrat controlled media" or the "Media controlled Democrats" Md4Bush comes to mind.

The Weekly Standard reported that the entire Valerie Plame/Joe Wilson CIA leak case was orchestrated by Democrat CIA bureaucrats. A scandal so serious, it strikes at the very core of our democracy. The report states that many CIA leaks are designed specifically to undermine the confidence of the American people in the Bush Administration and because the CIA and most agencies in Washington are so overwhelmingly infested with Democrat Party partisans the public is deceived into believing the bureaucratic leaks, lies and propaganda disseminated by their Democrat-controlled media.
As was the case of Dan Rather, using a major network news organization to cook fake evidence to support a major political party.

I long for the old days when the Pubbies agreed with FDR and Truman. When EVERYONE was on the same side UNITED,and determined to win a war - regardless of party affiliation! Why can't the Dems understand what's at stake today?

The young punks who are demonstrating for "peace" today will be fighting the enemy on Main Street, USA tomorrow. And they're too stupid to see it. God help us.

A party who would leave Iraq prematurely and risk America's safety for political gain...

Not surprising when one considers that they have a HISTORY of doing just that.

If the media propagandized for war as strongly as they now propagandize against it, the American public would look like those crowds of Nazis saluting Hitler. It is amazing that the country is able to have any support for its national interest in the face of the negative onslaught.

Enemy within, amen to that. The MSM along with the close balance of power of the left and the right, are the main reason the political spectrum keeps slip slidin to the left...including the Repub party. We don't have very many real conservatives anymore.

To win, the Repub controllers know, they have to keep playing to the middle to get elected, hence, everything keeps sliding to the left...thanks to the MSM. MSM is conservatism's worst enemy, worse than Al Quiada. In my opinion.
