Because Ibin Pharteen, cousin of Ubin Pharteen, is the stepson of Udey, brother of Kudey, (that are both, uh, now deadey, by the way), and he can pinpoint the exact location of where Saddam'a dirty bombs are hidden.

I've heard of smart bombs, but this supposed plot is ridiculous! Were these people willing to kill Saddam . . . in order to save him?
