When Sam Walton was alive he used to take pride in the fact that the majority of the goods sold in his stores were American made. In fact, I remember TV commercials where he proudly proclaimed the fact that his buyers went out of their way to stock his stores with American made goods. That simply is not the case now. That's a legitimate point, but understand that Wal-Mart would probably be out of business if it sold only American-made products today.

Of course !!
It is my understanding from over a year ago that there are NO
American production clothing plants in operation anymore.
If anyone has other knowledge, I would like to know it.
