Stealing other people’s history is Croatian national sport. This is from the official site of Croat TV. It reads -

#14 - Marco Polo.
#19 Ante Starcevic – father and mother Serbs; well they can keep him.
#21 Nikola Tesla Serb; Croats destroyed his museum, toppled down his monument. They burned house in which he was born and destroyed his village. Yet they named him Croat.
And so far and so on…
Croats don’t have much of history so they are forced to steal from people who have abundance of it.
A Physical Geography Project we had in college was of a great moment of ignorance. One of the students did their projects on Poland and laid claim that Telsa was Polish. My rebuttal after her presentation shot to hell her crediblity on the rest of her project. Needless to say, my intervention caused a poor grade, "C".
