If the left had more Senator Liebermans, they wouldn't be at the bottom of the morality barrel. I appreciate his stance on the war very much.

Joe Lieberman always had credibility, character, and smarts, Its too bad he dumped them to join with Gore, But he sounds now like he realises his mistake.

This is becoming interesting.

To believe that Saddam gave up his nuke program is to believe that Saddam was 'cowed by the Jews' into giving it up after the Israeli strike on his nuke plant at Osiraq.

Somebody must have given Senator Lieberman a "Moonbat vaccine" when he was a child.

It would be nice if the right had someone like Lieberman who can make speeches without stammering and mangling the language.
Someone who wouldn't wait until his approval ratings are falling through the floor before using the bully pulpit to keep the nation's resolve engaged.
Someone who would discuss the tractor trailer loads of material seen exiting Iraq for Syria before the invasion.
Ah, but who are we kidding?

I always wonder why Senator Lieberman aligns himself with the Democrats. I have spoken with the guy in his office a few times and asked , after all the terrible things the Dems have done to Joe-why does he stand with them? I have never gotten a good answer. He hates it when I tell them Joe will never be president as long as he a D. His chances are better if he is R. *lol*

I'm quite sympathetic to that view, but I don't want to start a bickering contest that will last all evening.

Trent Lott thinks he wants to be, but he's deluded. Of course there's Newt Gingrich, but socons would rather lose than win with Newt.

Reminds me of the "Gays in the military" stance Sam Nunn (D-Ga.) made after Clinton came into office.
I said then, and mean it today: I'd have voted for Nunn if he ever ran for president, even though I am extremely conservative.
I just like a person who stands up for what is right (too many RINOs won't), especially when it is at great risk/peril to the principled one's interests.
I like Lieberman, but wouldn't vote for him. That whine "We just want to count all the votes," in 2000 was disgusting. But I'm glad he has the best interest of the country in mind when it comes to war.

Joe has almost always been a very stand up guy. Much like Zel.
Notice how his visit and comments were completely buried by the MSM? Pathetic...
