If the models were better. This one has no curves.

wait - we are trusting ROlling Stone for accuracy in the media? As if the L.A. Times is a bastion of credibility?
You could always do some research on the author of the Rolling Stone article and see if you find him to be credible.
The 14,000 word piece by Randall Sullivan, author of Labyrinth, a 2002 book about the case, details numerous examples of "a deluge of biased reporting" by the Times.

..L.A. Times stories cherry-picked information to discredit the case. One of the more egregious pieces ... was written by Pulitzer Prize winning music-biz journalist Chuck Philips, .... The Times story was a blatant smear, inspiring one Wallace team investigator to describe it as tantamount to jury tampering. ...Chuck Phillips

Thugs killing thugs doesn't raise an eyebrow much anymore.
File it under happens_every_day and move on.

It must be pretty bad if it's even happening in a liberal bastion like LA. Or, wait a minute, maybe the paper isn't liberal enough... I bet lots of the RAT voters are minorities who don't read newspapers if they can read at all. The LA Times may be trying to appeal to white leftists, but that only drives away middle class moderates and conservatives.

The LAPD was once the best municipal police agency in the world. The Federal Courts forced rights on to the agency. Now we see what happens when those with "Rights" become police officers!

San Francisco PD is the same. After pilot buddy retired from the USAF as a LtCol, he started his second dream job, working in his boyhood home as a police officer. He quit SFPD after just 3 months in disgust over the corruption. I guess thats what happens when crime bosses rule a city.

This is SO COOL!
A two-fer! The LA Times gets completely trashed AND the leftist paradise, LA, might be going bankrupt!
That will be a good day!

One part of this story stands out as BS. Why would the LA Times forgo an opportunity to trash the LAPD? Why would they "cover up" for the LAPD?
To: TheErnFormerlyKnownAsBig
Because the City of LA could be force o pay350 million or more in a civil sut filed by the Bigge Familiy i what I read. It would be the downfall of the democrat machine in LA and rest of the State....Remember Southern California controls what happens in the rest of the state.
The LA TImes has to stick with its bogus story and coverups because to losemeans not being able to control the machinations of Sacramento. Remember when Arnold ran for gov...the ripping and scandalous articlesby theTImes almost sankhis bid. They were draggingout everyone they couldthink ofto claim that Arnold "Fondled" them...RIght up to electionday the stories ran....
Will this be the death knell of liberal media....
As an aside---frankly I don;t careif a paper is liberal of conservative--just so long as its labelled as such...Hell take pride in bias!THen we can read and decide.... But slant is one thing.....facts are another... good night all
