You're not proving anything except to show how little you value the rights of every American.
BTW, can you name any Congressman who is calling Murtha a traitor?
Yep...It's just negative feedback from his fellow americans.
The whole issue Murtha is bitching about truly reflects bad on the democrats. The cutbacks of the 90's put us in this boat and we all know who drafted the budgets back then. They outright lied to us when they said the reduced force levels and defense outlays would support a two theater war. Bush virtually doubled the Defense Budget and the military still hasn't caught back up.
Murtha peeling off $millions for pork projects in his district didn't help either.
Jeannette Rankin, of Montana, first woman to serve in US Congress, voted against the declaration of war on Germany in 1917 and in 1941 cast the only vote in the House against entering the war.
All important issues but nothing that puts him in the traitor or coward category. I appreciate you not using those kind of words.
He's way too old and appears to be a heavy drinker...why are the republicans defending this creep?
I just think its clear he wants the US to lose this war the way we lost Vietnam -- just give up and go home and let our allies be slaughtered after we go.
And he clearly wants the Terrorists to come out on top and the supporters of freedom and democracy to be failures.
That's what he's pushing for. But, ya know, we shouldn't call him a traitor, or anything ...
Murtha is a traitor.
Whatever Murtha did in his military service, what he is doing now is no service to our military or our country.
I'll refrain from using the T-Bomb when he and his buddies start acting like Americans again.
10 Marines killed today during the "Murtha Offensive".
