Someone PLEASE tell me, what politics let alone politicians will the terrorists put forward to 'negotiate' on a diplomatic or moral par with the duly appointed representatives of the UN, US/Coalition or the newly made Iraq government????? Will (in this fantastic scenario) ANY agreements be achieved OR held to??? Will this be just more Kibuki diplomacy like Arafat and Clinton???, like Arafat and anybody??? Does Kerry think everyone is as stupid as he is? Maybe his looney tunes comrades swallowed this idea whole but I don't believe we need to. Bottom line, how do we negotiate with stateless murderers???
