The president outlined his strategy for victory in Iraq at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He met with VFW Commander-in-Chief Jim Mueller and Secretary of Vetrens Affairs Jim Nicholson in the Oval.
Laura Bush gave the media a tour of the holiday decor at the White House.

President Bush departs with Rumsfeld for a trip to Maryland to speak at the United States Naval Academy. The White House issued a 35-page plan Wednesday titled 'Our National Strategy for Victory in Iraq.'
President Bush is introduced by Lt. Gov. Michael S. Steele during a campaign event for Steele's bid for the U.S. Senate in Baltimore, Md.
Bush reaches out to Midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he spoke on the War on Terror. The President thanked the Midshipmen for volunteering to serve and told them America is grateful for their devotion to duty.

CSPAN doesn't show a replay of the speech... anyone heard if there will be one? Is there a posting anywhere of the speech? I heard just part of it before I had to leave for bible study today.
