Actually that was part of the story about the beginning of the Crips. Firearms were not as prevelant. The co-founder of the Crips (not Tookie) was shot dead but did nto usually carry a gun. Tookie appears to be different.
But, yes, a snapshot of another time.
Outstanding document. To bad the D.A.'s Office has to take the time and money to present all the evidence again, and again.
Even the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has turned his case down ... and they were called racist. But this document is compelling evidence against Tookie, IMO.
They should have left the pictures in.
When the 9th Cirucs passes a chance to promote a liberal agenda, then I am left questioning my concept of the universe. That is a shocker.
I'm sure Arnold is seeing the un-redacted photos.
