While it is important to be thankful on Thanksgiving, his words remind us to be thankful each and everyday for the sacrifices of our American troops.

Thank you. I love Ben. He's on my short list of people with which I'd like to spend an evening chatting.

I've always liked him; he is one of the smartest people we have on our side, but doesn't get the credit he deserves from people who only know him as an actor. I'm going to print this out and tack it on bulletin boards at school for the douchebag liberals to (possibly) read.

Im old enough to remember Ben before Buhler's day off. He's always smarter than everyone else around him. He'd have my vote if he ran for office.

A very good read. And it just so happens that many in the Middle East are giving thanks, more and more, for what our brave men and women are doing. This link also provides some interesting observations on things stirring in the Arab street: http://www.economist.com/world/displaystory.cfm?story_id=5213863

Met Ben at the National Pro-Life Federation banquet several years ago in NYC - he was the keynote speaker - what a super guy...and to think he would give time at a pro-life affair in the middle of liberal New York City - his attitude was simply that he didn't care what any of his fellow Hollywood people thought of him...he knows what is right and he will take the rap for his beliefs - a truly honorable Jewish man. Love him.

Words have meaning. The War in Iraq was over in less that 60 days! It took us abit longer to capture Saddam and his rogue followers.

The War on Terror continues. In Iraq, Jordan, Indonesia, London, Madrid, etc etc we continue the fight and we have no choice but to win since "failure is not an option!"

I am rereading the book "Patton" by Ladislag Farago and it is interesting to see Patton's take on war and its connection to our Democracy! We've seen the video where Patton's opening speech in the movie is edited to be current in today's environment.

HoHah!

There would be outright civil war, large scale massacres of civilian populations beyond what we have seen by an order of magnitude, and a Middle East in chaos as Iran, the Kurds, and the Sunnis fought it out for land and oil and power. The word of the United States would be mud. Is this really what the Democrats want?

Some of them, yes. That is precisely what they want. It would serve to tear Bush down and enervate the foreign policy of the United States. That is absolutely what they want because in their view it serves a favored historical progression and a set of "higher" ideals, and if such things go wrong it's OK because their intentions were sound. It is a credo of self-deluders and fools, and it has been in power before and it will be again, and the only issue is how much damage it can do until again it is thrown from office. These days that can be quite a lot.

It's simple, really.

The Dem's want power at ANY price.

Any consequences will be assigned to Republicans.

No lie is too foul.
And the MSM will present the lie wrapped in chocolate and ribbon.

Just remember what John Kerry told David Frost several decades ago when Frost asked what the human cost would be if the US pulled out of Vietnam. Kerry responded that about 5,000 people would die. He was 700-fold from the reality. The anti-war crowd has learned nothing and it's disgusting (and ironic in a way) that they can be so uncaring about human life.

Democrats cannot win if the Iraq war is a success. They must undermine it anyway they can using liberal minions like Fitzpatrick. Mr. Stein would be an excellent write in candidate for President. I know... only in my dreams.

Stein's droll humor is a crafty fade to his surprising intellect. His insight is an arrow which splits the Democrats' grievous deceptions. After his analysis, I can see my own feelings about our men and women's sacrifice in the face of these scoundrels' self serving lies, in a much better light. Stein for Senator... that would really shake things up!
