One criminal I'll never forget is Lawrence Singleton.

He kidnapped a teenage girl, raped her and then cut off both of her arms with an ax! She survived, they eventually caught, tried and imprisoned Singleton, but eventually, HE WAS PAROLLED!!!

He had a tough time finding a community that would let him live there, but he eventually found a place in Florida that accepted him.

A while later he assaulted or killed another women and was thrown back in jail or prison where he eventually died.

How could scum like him ever be paroled?
