BUJANOVAC -- Monday The Albanian national holiday, Flag Day, was commemorated in Bujanovac today.
A movie theatre hall in Bujanovac was packed to the brim today, and attended by Albanian officials from South Serbia and Kosovo. A declaration, which was written through the cooperation of all South Serbias Albanian political parties, was read out loud to the crowd today, and asks for the right to freely use Albanian national symbols in the region. Former commander of the Presevo, Medvedje and Bujanovac Liberation Army, Jonuz Musliju, gave a speech on the Albanian armed troops fight in South Serbia for a better life and upholding of the national rights of the Albanian community.
Albanian Democratic Party official Fatmir Asani and Alji Aljiu of the Party of Democratic Operations spoke about the necessity of the South Serbia region uniting with Kosovo.
Local government officials, including Bujanovac Municipal President Nagif Arifiji, were present at the festivities which included artistic and cultural performances by children on a stage adorned with Albanian flags.
Albanian elementary and middle school students did not attend classes today.
UGH! Freakin' Shqiptars! Can you imagine south LA Mexican or any border state "ethinic Mexican" politicians demanding to fly Mexican flags over government buildings?
Unfortunetly, yes.
Why yes, yes I can.
And with the foolish precedent that we helped set in Kosovo, they have every reason to believe that they will one day lay claim to those areas and have international support for the US to involuntarily surrender parts of our territory.
Kosovo is only a temporary situation however, the Serb Army will return once the NATO forces tire of it and peace will then return to Kosovo.
As for Serbia...it is certainly time for the Serb Army to return and make things right there. We attacked the wrong side when we went in there...anyone with half a brain knows that.
Trust me, the Soros fluffers that lack the grey matter to know better will be here soon enough.

"As for Serbia...it is certainly time for the Serb Army to return and make things right there. We attacked the wrong side when we went in there...anyone with half a brain knows that."
The only ones with half a brain to realize this were the Greeks:
"The pro-Serbian stance taken by Athens shocked many who assumed that all members of NATO would follow the lead of the United States and the United Nations. Instead, Greece supported Serbia from the outbreak of war in the former Yugoslavia in 1991 through the NATO bombing and
occupation of Kosovo eight years later. Michas combines journalistic accounts with anecdotes and personal interviews to show a pattern of Greek support for Miloeviæ and Radovan Karadziæ that implicates Greek politicians from all parties, as well as the Greek Orthodox Church, the
Greek media, and ultimately the Greek people themselves."
And the stupid liberal media CONTINUES to march on.
"Takis Michas, a courageous Greek journalist, has written a superb and devastating critique of his countrys support of the Serb nationalists in their war for Greater Serbia."
The Economist
They just don't get it. Even AFTER it was proven that many in the Bosnia-Herzegovina & Kosovo Armies were infact members of terrorists organizations including Bin Laden. I guess when Bin Laden was being issued a Bosnia-Herzegovina passport in the 90's and a number of suspected terrorists traveling the globe utilizing legally issued Bosnia-Herzegovina documents Clinton was having his pipe cleaned by Monica. Freaken oxy-moron.
The Greeks understand the Serbs and can relate to them very well as they (Greece) have their own problems with Albaninans encroaching on their nation (in northern Greece aling the Albanian border) and making all sorts of ridiculous demands and bringing crime to boot.
PLUS Greece is Orthodox as are the Serbs. Albania used to have quite a large Orthodox community but Enver Hoxa desimated it and murdered every single priest. The Albanian Orthodox Church was the most persecuted under communism...the small remaining Albanian Orthodox are under the Greek Patriarch (as they could not exist in Albania).
Blinachka, communist dictator Enver Hoxha made Albanian an officially atheist country and persecuted ALL religions. The Catholics got hit first since they were at the heart of the nationalist resistance movement, but Comrade Enver wiped out the religious leadership of every stripe.
You are incorrect about the Albanian Orthodox Church. They are about 25% of the population and have their own Patriarch in Tirana-Metropolitan Anastasios, whom I have met. There were actually a few Orthodox priests who survived the communist purges, but none of sufficient stature to head the Church, so Anastasios was brought in from Greece. Here's a great story about him:
I meant to say that of the various Orthodox Churches that were affected by Communism, the Albanians were the most decimated (percentage-wise). More Russian Orthodox were actually murdered under Lenin and Stalin but percentage wise the Albanian Church was pretty much wiped out.
I really hope that I'm explaining what I meant well enough...
70 percent of Albania is muslim.
Don't mind Mark, he's a paid shill for the Albanians.
>>>70 percent of Albania is muslim.
That figure is from the 1930s, and as incorrect as out of date. Recent estimates put Muslims and Christians at about 35% each (the rest is atheist/agnostic from the 30+ years of ban on all religion).
Mark, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to pay for your services, since anonimity is necessary for the position of "paid shill for the Albanians".

Monty... your spy skills appear to be sharper than ever. But be careful or Mark might turn you into a "newt".
Uh, ask Mark, he admited it. Now back to your hole.
