Thank you, Star, for preparing the Canteen for today’s activities.

I'm Back! And, I'm at home today. The weather in my neck of the woods is pretty warm. Much better than last week. We're suppose to get into the 60s today with some rain showers throughout the day and evening. Tomorrow.....almost beach weather.

Mr. Beachy and I had a nice holiday and weekend. Mr. Beachy took all of last week off and just went back to work this morning. Me, I just had to take today off.

You know, I started digging out my Christmas decorations yesterday, but never got finished. I have to finish my tree and a few other things. This year I don't plan on doing a whole lot since we won't be having many people at the house. It seems our luck to be going to other people's houses, instead.

I got a ping that told me we have a new hero at the Free Republic and that she is going to Korea. I sure hope that we have a FReeper out there who will be able to welcome her there. And, I hope she decides to visit the Canteen when she can. Blacklions, the message below is for you also.

To all newbies and lurkers

Now, I need to browse the Canteen to see what I've missed over the last three days.
