CRAWFORD, Tex., Nov. 26 -- Dancing to reggae music and hugging her supporters, Cindy Sheehan led an anti-Iraq war rally Saturday at a one-acre campsite adjoining the ranch where President Bush is spending his holiday weekend.
As in August, when she galvanized attention and made headlines for days with similar protests, there were songs and speeches and demonstrators holding signs reading "Bring the Troops Home" near the main entrance of the 1,600-acre ranch where Bush has been vacationing since Tuesday.
Unlike then, when hundreds came from all over the country for major events at the two campsites named after Sheehan's son, who was killed in Iraq, Sheehan found herself addressing a crowd of only about 100 Saturday afternoon.

Cindy Sheehan and Jack Murtha: the face of the currrent Democrat "Cut & Run" "Traitor/Treason" Party!!!!
It'd be one thing to be biased and clever, but to be biased and dull, dimwitted and boring, is an irrecoverable lethal combination that can only accelerate the dismal prospects for employment of reporters, editors and publishers.
I went and read Cindy's blog at Zsa Zsa's forum, and damn that was some funny stuff.
It's all about me...that's her motto.
Funnier still are the comments at the bottom of the blog. Some freedom fighters seem to have jumped in there and sullied themselves battling the glassy eyed smelly hippie brigade.
Kudos goes especially, to Derek C, who fought the good fight.
I like this last post on the blog especially...
"
Cindy, I saw all the pictures of that fantastic book signing.
Sometimes several pictures are worth several thousand words:
Im afraid someone is going to be in hot water for letting us glimpse the truth.
You know, the original press release stated that the fabulous Cindy Sheehan book was going to debut at the 99 Cent stores Nation wide, so as to avoid the middle man.
This would give you the maximum profits for this literary masterpiece.
You might have done a lot better if you went to the hot spot, right from the start.
The local recycle drop off site, would probably give you the maximum return, yah know paper has a pretty good resale value.

...every year--(every single year, year after year!) when Right to Life draws 16,000 plus..(actually a lot more)...
..little, if any notice/publicity by the media....and few, if any, pictures!
Sure, no bias there.
"Sheehan found herself addressing a crowd of only about 100 Saturday afternoon"
In truth it's seldom been more than that, once you subtracted the press, even last August.
What happened in the media didn't want to pay the overtime. Hence the smaller crowds.
Is that Cindy's real column? hahaha, how incredibly pathetic. I kept thinking it was a joke.
Love the way they spin this to make it look like a dozen is a pretty good turnout.
It should say only a dozen war protesters returned
I remember reading a year or so ago about somthing like 20,000 Iraq's holding a march thanking US for freeing them and it got no media coverage at all.
sadly typical
From what I understand they didn't rent any of those back in August, either. Cindy's crew just dropped their pants and crapped in the ditches or on other folks' property (though Cindy herself had access to the can in the air-conditioned RV she spent most of her time in) - a big part of the reason why McClennan County outlawed camping by the roadsides out there.
And - "So I told her not to worry about it, I would take a taxi to the Peace House or rent a car. I was DEFINITELY feeling sorry for my poor little self."
As am I, we are in a fight against terrorism for our lives here, but by the way the MSM depicts this war it is only a plot by the BUSHIES to keep the Pubbies in power - what bullsh$t!
Good grief - you would think the media would fill up some of the empty seats so that it doesn't appear so obvious that her 17 min of fame is truly up!
Some more "lying" by the MSM.
