OMG that site is CONFUSING! I went there to see if I could simply send a package to ANY SOLDIER...and their "HOW TO SEND" page is unavailable...and after 15 minutes...I have yet to find HOW to address or HOW to pack a package!!
I know, Fawn. From chatting with you, a lot of things in life confuse you. ;)
Just take your time and work on it. Or ignore it.
