A Fostoria (Ohio) man pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of involuntary manslaughter in connection to the drowning-deaths of his 10-month-old twins. On August 7, Gregg J. Kleinmark, 24, left his sons unattended in a bathtub for 30 minutes while he played a “computer game” three rooms away. One report suggests that Kleinmark was playing a Game Boy Advance, which as we know, is portable and could have been just as easily used in the bathroom while supervising the infants. Kleinmark is facing up to 10 years in prison
Idiot. He could've taken it into the bathroom with the kids.
10 months old? No way can you leave babies that young alone anywhere except a playpen. ESPECIALLY a bath tub.

10 months. I must be to old fashioned. I would let my kids take a bath without me or their Mom till they were a lot older.

As the father of 4 1/2 month old twin girls. I am deeply saddened and shocked. He should be locked up and nver let out. My girls are never left unattended.
Until they can hold their breath under water they cant be left alone in or around it.
Also, I suspect foul play here.
Stupid father. Give the kids a bath, feed them and put them to sleep THEN play your fricking video game.
Heck I did not let my daughter start staying home rather than go to the grocery store until 13.
Exactly, my daughters go to bed at 8 to 8:30. Then mom and dad get to play.

I think what everyone is leaving out here is that the man *was* working on a new high score, and that certainly counts for something...
If I am playing Warbirds 2005 and we just turned off the IP and are on the bomb run, the kids are going to have to hold their breaths a little longer.
Actually my kids are grown and gone, but the dogs don't always get in when the are scratching on the door at times like that.
That is just horrible. He must be a complete idiot. Losing a child is the most horrible thing a person can go through and for him to have no regard in that he left his babies alone suggests something is wrong with him! I hope he gets his in prison.
It's all for the children, just like abortion.
Gaming is also role playing games.
