I'm tired of Powell. What has he contributed the last 10 years? Just worried about his "legacy" in the Washington press circles.

Having Powell gone from power is a good thing. He was just another career suckup.

Murtha, like Powell, are men who have done great things, but also fell victim to their emotional side.

"To attack him the way he was attacked, accusing him of being a Michael Moore, was disgraceful and was not worthy," a Powell told the New York Post's Deborah Orin, who described him as "livid." Hello ... no one attacked his military service
They questioned his service as a Congressman
HEY POWELL ... There is a difference

"we are not facing a world war anymore", oh really General? I guess since a world wide war on terror the armies don't wear uniforms then it's not a battle. hmm...I do hope if we get hit again and lost 10 times the 3,000 we lost on 911 or more. He will still remain all nicey nicey with our enemies.

The republican party continues to pay for having Colin Powell in their ranks.

It's now official if there was any doubters. Powell was not only a turn coat but probably from day one serving as JCS under GHB admin way back when was not a real republican nor champion of the conservative movement. He simply served at the pleasure of the two administrations. And one is going to eventually if not already of the opinion, find Condi is cut from the same fabric. Public relation marketing can do wonders can't it.

"accusing him of being a Michael Moore, was disgraceful and was not worthy,"At least it is now universally recognized that being compared to Michael Moore is very undesirable.

Ahhhh...the real Colin Powell has finally stood up. He might as well make it official and join the Democrat party.

The one-time chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff also suggested that the war on terror wasn't quite as serious as other challenges the U.S. has faced. What other challenges ???
Does this fool really think the terrorists aren't a serious issue??

Why doesn't Powell just switch parties publicly and claim he is another Demoncrat. I think Powell is a disgrace. If it weren't for his color, he would not be in any position of authority - talk about a rigged career based on color ... .
