I've always had a lot of dairy in my diet living in Wisconsin, and I can attest that my colon is clean as a whistle, LOL!

The lowest risk of colorectal cancer was associated with high consumption of cheese, the results indicate. There is a history of colorectal cancer in my family and I'm a cheese-o-holic. I wonder if I've been self medicating all these years.
