I have just finished stuffing my duck. I ended up using a packet of "Paxo" Apricot and Walnut Stuffing, adding some orange and 2/3 of a packet of sage and onion stuffing.
I will do roast potatoes and roast parnips and serve with brussel sprouts and Cranberry Sauce.
