As is to be expected, the article doesn't give such essential detail as what you are asking about. My guess is that although some may well indeed be legitimate refugees, they have all discovered how to 'work' the system in Sweden, and have no compunctions about using their own children for a strictly pecuniary benefit, despite the harm that they do to the child. These are people who have absolutely no moral foundation.....perfect poster children for Socialism and "Abortion" upon demand.
Deport the parents. Place the children for adoption. Next.
