NOVEMBER 22--In a sweetheart plea deal, a former Florida middle school teacher who had sex with a 14-year-old male student escaped a jail term today. Debra Lafave, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and was sentenced to three years of community control, or house arrest, and ordered to register as a sex offender. Lafave's plea came on the eve of trial and was approved by the teen victim and his family (in a court affidavit filed today, the boy's mother wrote that a trial would "negatively affect my son's emotional and psychological well-being"). Lafave, who will serve seven years probation following her house arrest term, was facing a maximum of 30 years in prison. A probable cause affidavit prepared by the Marion County Sheriff's Office details the predatory behavior (in her classroom, an Isuzu SUV, and her Tampa-area home) of Lafave, who is pictured below in police booking photos. A supplemental report from the Temple Terrace Police Department (which you can find here) included the boy's graphic account of his trysts last year with Lafave. "With about a week left in school she became affectionate," he told cops. (15 pages)

Of course she should have received the standard sentence. The boy's mother didn't want the family dragged through the mud, and that's how she got off so easy. I just saw her on the news. Ms. Lafave's ex husband stated that she shouldn't have been let off so easy.
Of course males and females are not the same! Females get pregnant, and men enter into bondage. The taboo is that females are supposed to be pure for their future husbands, they don't know what they're doing, and society will shun them. Well, in the old days anyway, but the taboo still exists. If I were that boy's momma, I'd slap that girl upside the head, because I also believe that boys should make an honest attempt to remain pure, as well as girls.

All that I know is that our legislature has enacted state law that proscribes a felony 2, with 2-20 years regardless of age or gender. Sure it p!sses off the militant feminists when there is not a male to "blame". And the faggots get riled up no matter what.
