That said. . .and supposed evidence to back up this charge/assertion; I guess it is just a matter of time before they go and arrest her. ..or is there some hesitation going on here which is to say. .

Don't count on it, IMO. They'll need a hell of a lot of proof of aiding and abetting -- are they going to go with an iffy case against a 14-year-old girl who just had her parents gunned down? She didn't buy a gun, she didn't provide the car, etc. So did she buy gas for him or split a Slurpee? That's what they'd be down to.
I read a few days back that they can't do any charges until she has legal guardians appointed.
Just a matter of time, I guess.
