It looks like there's something written under the "CHENEY: I DO NOT BELIEVE".

Can anyone make that out?

It's unreadable, in its present form, I was thinking it may have been in reverse. It looked like Radio or Rapid.

Earlier posters said the very end looked like "(fade) to black."

That was part of the scroll during the speech.

There is some writing in black over the scroll but the techies here at FR have not figured out what it says. They have figured out the word, "black"
