It's unreadable, in its present form, I was thinking it may have been in reverse. It looked like Radio or Rapid.
Earlier posters said the very end looked like "(fade) to black."
Take the picture and reverse it. Use color enhancement and negativise it.
I am working an unfamiliar OS. But, this should be easy for anyone with an image enhancer. Negativise is not a word. (Make a negative of it)
