What did you bring...some of Nana's goodies?

Yes, at work at lunchtime and again this evening at Church!

I brought Scalloped Corn, my Mom's recipe that Nana makes every couple of years or so.

You mix creamed corn and whole kernel corn, then layer the mixture in a casserole dish - corn, butter and velveeta slices, bread crumbs - with extra crumbs on top. Bake in a 350* oven for 45 minutes to an hour.

Yummy, especially if you add a little onion powder to the mix.
