Yeah, it looks like that mushroom cloud. What causes it? does it happen very often, or was it a one-time phenomenon?

Google Lenticular clouds. They occur around mountains. Tell the truth, I'd never seen one before or since. Actually took a pic of this one which I think is better but don't have it stored digitally....just a photo.
I've a bunch of photos I'd like to convert and have done some but when I go to the photo center, the technician gets this eerie smile on his face and rubs his hands together...$$$. $cary.
