The Fire Place
The story has been told, bout a brave knight bold whose mission it's known, is fighting the enemy.
One night on a scavenger hunt in the land, some bricks were found in the sand. More digging revealed more brick in the field, a fired brick for sure used by many before.
So.. some digging took place, an idea hatched, in the old man's head, natch! To build a fire place grand around the camp.
Bits were gathered from here and there and like the Land of Stars - everyone wanted one. They wondered and pondered how it could be -
In silence they dug, then tossed on the truck under midnight skies--an idea.
The Old Sarge was grinning, he knew he was winning a fire place grand without lifting a hand. The Old Sarge did grunt, and mentioned some pain in his rump.
So many of us waited near to hear a tale from the Eastern Oracle what had transpired over many a night. A receptacle for holding fire.
Now today from the land far away a rumor is heard they have been roasting marshmallows on a saber! Upon my word, I never have heard a story as strange as this!

As I was checking out and turning on Rush this morning, look what I found on the Adopt-A-Soldier page.
Rush,
As you know from my previous e-mails I work for
AFN in Korea. I am a 24/7 member and
Limbaugh Letter subscriber as well. Starting
Monday, I will spread the word on my afternoon
drive show here at Camp Casey about your
Adopt-A-Soldier Program. I will also send a
quick synopsis of what you're doing to our HQ
in Seoul so the network DJ's can spread it across
the Peninsula -- and finally I plan to be a donor
in the Adopt-A-Soldier Program when I get paid
on Dec. 1st. God Bless you sir for you support
of myself and our fellow soldiers.
Sincerely,
Spc. John
AFN-Korea
Way to go, tx!! Our troops are going to know that they are supported, despite Sen Harkin's attempt to take that away, and by fellow troops too!!
