Why should Republicans respond? The Democratic Platform promotes murder of children. Can you say 'dead man walking' ...maybe not in today's ungodly secular society but most certainly Spiritually.
OK I'll make a sheepish confession. Until George Bush's second term I had never voted for a Republican before. Three things made me begin to question every premise and argument of liberalism and I gradually made a 180 degree U-turn. First and foremost the events of 9/11; Second the courageous resolve and actions of the President; and third but not the least the absolutely scandalous, shameful, and disgusting behavior of my fellow democrats who have shown their true priorities under any circumstances which is THEIR own power and party politics rather than their country's and indeed the world's future.
I kick myself every time I think of all the money and energy I poured into liberal causes -- think of all the fabulous shoes I could have owned instead!
