As the Vice President just pointed out, we've cut and run too many times. And it's emboldened the terrorists.

Somalia, like WTC I bombing, the USS Cole bombing, and the Khobar Towers bombing, was nothing more than a test of Bill Clinton's resolve.

The terrorists know that through a series of bombings, Spain is going to buckle, France is going to buckle, and America will buckle if liberalism is in the drivers seat.

President Bush has made it clear, the WOT will probably be around for generations, but the upshot of that is, Liberalism will probably be destroyed in the process.
