I read the intitial appellate court decision that reinstated Flowers' lawsuit. Say what you want about Judicial Watch, this is one case where they have doe a good job and I would fully expect the lawsuit to be reinstated once again by he Circuit Court of Appeals.

HILLARY & MICHAEL JACKSON's Priviate Investigator ANTHONY PELLICANO is still sititng in prison ...due to be tried on more Federal charges.

RIENHARDT isn't.

Why was it dismissed a second time? I ddn't follow that part.

As for reinstatement, my confidence in the Ninth cicuit is such that I'm not holding my breath on any case that may damage a democrat.
