Why was it dismissed a second time? I ddn't follow that part.

As for reinstatement, my confidence in the Ninth cicuit is such that I'm not holding my breath on any case that may damage a democrat.

Too many federal court judges are lazy and they are prone to cover up and protect public officials; even when the law is clear. I have personal experience in such a situation.

As for reinstatement, my confidence in the Ninth cicuit is such that I'm not holding my breath on any case that may damage a democrat.

I am very confident the 9th Cicuit will reinstate the case. If the 9th Circuit wanted to protect hillary and her associates, they would not have reversed the district court the first time. Expect the next 9th Circuit opinion in this case to not be so polite to the district court judge in this case.

Ironically, this is the type of case where being in the 9th Circuit is good; and only very rarely gets reversed by the USSC.
