Polls are irrelevant at this point.
I don't blame you. Who wants to see him in person when we see him every day on TV?
'Seems like everyone is writing a book these days, doesn't it? When will we here at FR start OURS? LOL
I can see a format of ALLEGATION/FACT book myself.
One good thing I did hear on Fox News Channel this morning...
Eric Shawn had on Liz Trotta...and she made a point of pointing out that the "star" reporters at WaPo and the NYTimes really messed up----by hiding information from their papers in order to "write books"!!!
Of course she is talking about Woodward and Miller...and she was very hard on both...
Like I posted earlier.....don't get fooled by the polls like the Pubs did. Spines are in order here!
It is time for our Military to reinstate daily briefing re: The Progress of the War and Building of the IRAQI Democracy
That's an excellent idea. It would be nice if we could get equal time for good Iraq news on all the tv shows. My dream is for Mel Gibson to produce a documentary film on the war on terror....if I win the lottery, I'll be his backer!
No pollster will ask a straight up question. "Do you approve of the way the Bush is handling his job as President?" If that question were asked by random sampling of people, the results would be about 45%-55% on average per week. But when you ask more democrats than republicans questions like "Do you approve of the way the liar bush his handling his job as president given record unemployment (in Zimbabwe), the fact that every one hates America because Bush lied and he drowns puppies?" You get the bottoming out numbers that the MSM love to trumpet..
YOU deserve a medal for "going into the swamp" for we Freepers....you are digging up some good stuff..but, you poor person..the places you have been!!!
Secretary Rumsfeld did a great job on the CBS show. Didn't know he was on FNS too and missed it.
Read my tagline
Ok...
Now I've got Moonbats claiming that Bush ordered Hariri's assassination..
Anybody have any info on this??
LOL. I just stumbled on the program - beats me how they pick their victims ;-). He was doing "Rocket Man," which is a tune I rather enjoy. So I hung around for more.
He's adlibbing music now, to words from some play or book. Pretty funny.
By George I think you've got it Detective Rodguy911. Lets see what our Pajama brigades can come up with to nail Murtha and Nancy Lugosi like they nailed Dan Blather.
Damn straight. My God I saw the man on the Today show and he was going on about this being another Watergate leading right up to the VP's office, maybe beyond.
NBC took a big chance on Matthews-who thinks, yea is CONVINCED, he should be the next Tim Russert-and with this Woodward thing Chrissie's heart is broken. Not to mention his job. With Chrissie, it's never about the country, the truth or any such minimal thing. Chrissie dreams at night about hosting Meet the Press. He dreams about another Watergate. He is all about Chrissie.
I've told this story before but I'll tell it again, beg me. ;)
I remember one other time when Chrissie went nutso looking for another Watergate. And I couldn't believe my lying ears and eyes. Maybe some of you remember.
It was about Laura Bush, yes you read that right.
Laura Bush made some innocuous comment about maybe stem cell research wouldn't yield the promising results we all hope it will.
Well every night, five nights in a row, Chrissie hyped this story as if it was Watergate and Iran-Contra rolled into one. I tuned in just to see how nuts this guy would go. He had twinkletoes Ron Reagan jr on almost every night. He proclaimed "this is gonna be big; this is gonna hurt Bush this election". I paraphrase and I think this happened before the election of 2004.
So Chrissie's been there before and done that. I really don't think he's long for this world. The only guests he can get is Maureen Dodd and Michael Isaliar anymore. Moonbat Liberals.
johnny7, not me, is the author of the brilliant "Checkered Pants Republican" tag.
Even if the polls are accurate {very dubious} we have a President who is stubborn {divinely inspired} and has no intention of wavering from his plan. Therefore, we'll all be able to watch the victory unfold in Iraq. Then it will become "popular" {and the Democrats will rty to take credit for it}!
Bush looked at him with utter contempt and said "You speak for the American people? That is a pretty arrogant position for you to claim don't you think?"
I thought that deserved to be repeated.
Missed that one! With the idiots we have in Congress, mostly Dems but some on our side too, it couldn't be more true!
