LATE EDITION (CNN) : Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
How did you like Tim's coy remark about millions of Americans sitting down to their Thanksgiving TURKEY dinner this week and should they be worried about bird flu.....the lady jumped him and said Americans should enjoy their turkey or chicken.
Poor Tim, nice try tho at trying to terrorize Americans into worrying about birds!
Don't remember Will being all concerned about the "American Empire" when it was his boy BJ Clinton sending people all over the place.
And democrats USED to perform in the senate. Not anymore. Media won't even report these JOKES:
Ted Kennedy's amendment "to eliminate child poverty"
defeated by ALL republicans + 8 democrats.
Durbin's motion - "To express the sense of the Senate concerning the provision of health care for children before providing tax cuts for the wealthy."
defeated by ALL republicans + 1 democrat.
Dianne Feinstein's proposal - "to hike the tax rate on dividends and capital gains to their pre-May 2003 levels."
defeated by ALL republicans + 5 democrats.
That's a cheerful thought! I'd suggest that maybe the Democrats realized what a poor performance Murtha would give, but I don't think they have the ability to see it. Your theory is probably more correct.
The roundtable on Stephy keeps talking about how "The American People" expect to see progress and we need to see that benchmarks have been set and accomplished...
THAT is one of the biggest bits of propaganda that these MSM types use---they say that "the American People" expect to know everything and expect this or that to happen...
I don't believe it...I think that most people, like myself are in AWE of the things that have been accomplished in such a short time...the elections..the number of people voting..the fact that the Sunnis MAY be trying to get in the "legitimate" way...
I also do NOT sit around second guessing the Military about the schedule that they have for turning over power in different sections of Iraq....
The MSM always try to couch THEIR distrust and dislike by using "we, the American people" to so their dirty work...and I for one, do not like it.
True. Me neither.
How about 5 years for the senate and 3 for the house. 2 years just means you spend your entire time running.
That lady in the house has Murtha's number
"Cowards cut and run, Marines never do."
Maybe not time limits but maybe a retiring age after all I am certain they are entitled to a pension by the time they are 65.
I know many of us turn off the 'Power Player of the Week'. The one this week is certainly worth watching. The lady is in charge of rehab at Walter Reed.
Thanks!
G'morning! What are the DUmocrats lying about today?
When Turkeys Attack!
Tow words TomGuy--Term Limits!
There is no need to impeach Hanoi Kerry from the US Senate
He is there illegally!
WAKEUP AMERICA!
For those who "forgot" what Hanoi Kerry
did in the past read on and learn the truth.
Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen
Why is Kerry still in the US Senate?
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3 (1868)
Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress,
or elector of President and Vice President,
or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States,
or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath,
as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States,
or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer
of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States,
shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same,
or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

That made the Democrats sooooooo mad. They just hate it when facts are spoken bluntly.
Thanks RG - good to be back. Unfortunately, I need to leave in about an hour, but will try to check back later.
I am thinking that Tim had to scramble to find some other way to smear Bush....after that vote on Friday...
Of course to pick this one...right before Thanksgiving, considering the terrific guests and their unwillingness to let Fat Timmy panic Americans...it has become a joke on Tim!
Yes I am. I can't fix anything that doesn't fish.
