The long knives are out for her.

Tonight's Saturday Night Live--a show that has become the entertainment division of moveon.org--spent five excruciatingly unfunny minutes attacking Schmidt.

Whoa... That show is still running new editions?
I don't think I've seen a fresh SNL in a decade....

SNL is always unfunny anymore, that's why I wasn't watching. What did they do?

Funny you mention MoveOn.org. It's sad that we would condemn MoveOn.org, the unpatriotic Daily "screw them" Kos, Michael Moore, and DU when they substitute cheap personal attacks for intellectual debate, yet applaud Schmidt when she does the same.

Murtha's proposal was irresponsible, disgusting, and easy to refute. Instead of doing that and making Murtha look like the bad guy, Schmidt's name-calling rant has made him look like the victim and the Republican Congress comes off looking petty and personal.

I happened to catch the news spoof segment. It wasn't funny, and was downright ( to coin an overused liberal phrase ) mean-spirited.
I switched off the TV.

SNL has been so bad that it is a joke for about 10 years. I watch Mad TV.

What exactly did they do on SNL concerning her?

Has become? SNL has been part of the DNC-Left Wing propaganda machine since it was launched in the 1970s.

I just watched that SNL and almost threw up. What she said was right on. Republicans always get slugged because they NEVER FIGHT BACK. When I think of all the attacks on Condi Rice, the most racist, nasty, vicious, outrageous things being said about a high-profile black person, it makes me wonder what would happen if everything were reversed...if she were Democrat and the same things were said about her? There's be another civil war in this country. But Republicans just sit back and take it...they always have and always will.
