Obviously they mean someone who has dark skin and other features that many associate with a "minority". Disgusting, racist and illegal.
Obviously they mean that they won't hire anyone with light skin no matter what the person's background, for fear of being accused of not hiring enough "minorities".
When socialists get into power in the USA, this will be the norm and govmt agencies will NO LONGER HIDE IT!!

You ask, "What did these white males do to bring about their termination?" The only crime that they were guilty of was being white. This hardly seems fair to punish so many innocent men for the crimes of a relative few.

But it's gonna be a hoot if current abortion-driven trends continue and white males ARE a bona fide minority in 20 years. I'll be in favor of affirmative action then, yes sir.
