Dems' come-back was relatively weak. They only had a few talkingpoints on the memo:
1. Anything from 'the other side' about Murtha is a personal attack on his patriotism
2. We support the troops, but we don't support the war.
3. Uhhhhhh, anything from 'the other side' about Murtha is a personal attack on his patriotism
Democrats can dish it out but they can't take it back.
After calling Bush a liar and now talking about impeachment, they have no grounds to stand on for saying nobody can question their motives.
