So it may still be my fault? Absolutely!
Still, explosing manholes and electrical fires.
They have to shell out for repair and replacement.
How does one "explose" manholes, lol?????
And how does one repair or replace an "explosed" manhole??? : )

Well, they had an electrical fire going on, and there was an explosion due to it.
So they have to replace some wires, check the tunnels and pass throughs, and replace damaged equipment and sections.

Nopers, didn't monkey with the wiring.
Just had to sit back and watch.
kinda like watching Sussex have half a bridge drop into a creek back in the 80's.
Everyne knew it was going to go, everyone except the county that is.
(Vernon township had better road care back then.)
