Linder is from Georgia. Good, solid conservative. He's not an anti-war, anti-troops freakazoid. Someone mentioned that the one Republican might have been designated by the party because of some House rule about bringing the resolution up for a vote again, but I don't understand how that works.

Yikes. If that's true, I hope this doesn't make him a sacrificial lamb -- talk about taking one for the party! He'd better get that disclaimer out pronto ....

You have to be correct because Linder is NO RINO.....he's my congressman and he's SOLID!

That had always been my impression. I hope your right that it is some parlimentary ploy. If so, he must have really drawn a short straw.
